How can a trader´s password be recovered?
A trader´s password is stored in an encrypted form and, unfortunately, it cannot be recovered. It is only possible to set a new password.
To get a new password, send an e-mail to support@poltekfx.com, indicating that you´ve lost your trader´s password and would like to receive a new one.
Also indicate your trading account number and a telephone password. A new trader´s password will be sent to the e-mail, which you used during your account registration.
